Biography
The Ali family are associated with The Khyber on Victoria Road, opened in 1962 and remembered as the earliest documented Bangladeshi restaurant in Swindon. Across two generations, the family helped sustain one of Wiltshire's foundational curry houses and gave Swindon one of the longest continuous Bangladeshi catering lineages in the region.
